Pacific Apartments Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully)
All units are fully equipped with the exception of food, beach towels and personal items.
The linen provided includes bed sheets, pillowslips, tea towels, one bath towel per person. Please note that holiday lets are not serviced, there will be a starter kit containing toilet roll, dishwashing detergent, bin liner, sponge/scourer. Servicing can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge.
It is essential that you check the accuracy of your itinerary/booking confirmation when you receive it. If any of this information is not correct (eg dates, number of guests, etc) please contact us within 24hrs so we can have these details amended and send you the updated itinerary/booking confirmation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
$300 pre-authorisation is required on check-in with a valid credit card. Debit cards are not acceptable.
Breakages, damage and lost keys are to be replaced and paid for.
Please do not exceed the number of persons allowed for the unit, additional persons will be charged for. Extras: Children up to 12 years $20 per night. Adults $50 per night.
Breaches of house rules may result in eviction, including excessive noise, property destruction, improper conduct, any act or omission that, in the opinion of the manager, adversely affects or brings disrespect upon the manager, owner or other guests. No refund will be given if you are evicted.
This booking is made in good faith , however we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the unit owners beyond our control.
All units are expected to be left in a clean and tidy state. Charges may apply for non-compliance.
We cannot guarantee particular units. We can take preferences and do our best to accommodate, however there will be no guarantees.
