All units are fully equipped with the exception of food and personal items. Beach towels can be hired at an extra cost.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is payable upon booking ($500 for Christmas, School holiday or Easter period)
THE BALANCE IS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD.
Breakages, damage and lost keys are to be replaced and paid for.
Please do not exceed the number of persons allowed for the unit-additional persons shall be charged for.
Breaches of house rules may result in eviction, including excessive noise, property destruction, improper conduct, any act or omission that, in the opinion of the manager, adversely affects or brings disrespect upon the manager, owner or other guests.
This booking is made in good faith , however we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the unit owners beyond our control.
All units are expected to be left in a clean and tidy state. Charges may apply for non-compliance.
Please be considerate of your fellow guests by keeping noise at a respectable level. Sorry no pets.
