Terms & Conditions ( Please read carefully)
All units are fully equipped with the exception of linen and personal items. Linen and beach towels can be hired at an extra cost.
A Deposit of $200 is payable at booking ($500 for Christmas, School holiday or Easter period)
THE BALANCE IS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD.
Refunds following cancellation, less $100 fee, may be available if the on-site Manager is notified 30 days prior to the booking. Less than 30 days, Deposit less $100 fee will only be refunded if the unit is re-let.
Breakages, damage and lost keys are to be replaced and paid for.
Please do not exceed the number of persons allowed for the unit-additional persons shall be charged for.
Breaches of house rules may result in eviction, including excessive noise, property destruction, improper conduct, any act or omission that, in the opinion of the manager, adversely affects or brings disrespect upon the manager, owner or other guests.
This booking is made in good faith , howevert we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the unit owners beyond our control.
All units are expected to be left in a clean and tidy state. Charges may apply for non-compliance.
Please be considerate of your fellow guests by keeping noise at a friendly level. Sorry no pets. |
