One can stroll along the beach to the Pass for a surf, snorkel or swim in crystal clear water or just soak up the sun and watch for breaching, spouting whales (May to October)
If you re feeling a little more energetic, venture further along the scenic coastal track to the spectacular vista of Australia's most easterly point and the Cape Byron Lighthouse.
Alternately, take a 5 minute walk along the tree lined esplanade and you will find yourself in the hub of colorful Byron Bay with its funky shops, fantastic restaurants catering to everyone from vegan to fine dining and of course the famous Beach Hotel, a must for a refreshing ale or to just watch the world go by.
Pacific Apartments are within easy walking distance to all amenities but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep.
